The White Stuff

Seattle has, quite literally, frozen over! Mel and I live on Magnolia hill and K lives in Fremont, and both are just a mess.

Here is Fremont yesterday, the first day of snow, walking away from Ks apartment and down Linden:



Fremont this morning. The 5 bus jack-knifed and clearly gave up. We saw it out there yesterday and it is still sitting there...



This is Magnolia, my 'hood, from the bus. There's a sign that won't let you up Dravus (I live at the top of that monstrosity).



Here's the view from my place, looking down my un-drivable street. Mel has great photos of 3 cars that TRIED to drive it and all slid sideways into each other and a tree. It's like slidey pink pong here!
