Delia!

I just received feedback notes on chapter two from my dissertation director. She loved it! She's really happy with the structure and feels I have an important contribution to the field with this chapter, moreso than the first (which is what I was hoping to accomplish). We're going to work on revising it for publication, so I am both nervous and excited.

For now, I say, "Woo Hoo!"

I got my faculty information, ID, office, and keys today at Scripps. Turns out, I get two free meals a week on campus--sweet!--and access to their divine pool. Loyola also called me last week to confirm my interest in teaching for them in the Spring. I concurred, most heartily.

Things are looking up!
