Summer Squash?
Does anyone have a faboo recipe for a summer squash side dish or main dish?
I was thinking of making Creamy Gorgonzola Polenta with Zuccs and Squash, but if anyone else has a better idea, let me know!

Hey Chica,
I know that Jasmine has been posted some amazing-looking recipes that involve squash. I have a few that I use, mainly this Farfalle with yogurt and zucchini recipe, which is super yummy. I've also been making Indonesian coconut rice with chicken and zucchini and it's also really great!
