McGee Pass: Eastern Sierras

Here are some photos of my recent trip to the Eastern Sierras. We hiked 7 miles in and back--much more than I've ever done before! I had quite the Zen experience. You know, when your body is so lifeless that you are forced to dissociate from it. The result is a clarity like no other.
The first photo is is earlier in the year, at Joshua Tree. This is my friend Dion as we went a-bouldering! The second is Michael and I at our campsite, with Popov Vodka and the "tuh-Tang." The third is of the infamous machete, of which Dane and I were both (clearly) proud! You can also see the summit we climbed in the very distant back of the photo. The last picture is my very dear friend Dane at McGee Pass/Summit.
